Castlebar Golf Club is situated in Co. Mayo near the west coast of Ireland. It was founded in 1910, making it one of the oldest golf courses in the west of Ireland. A redevelopment programme was undertaken in 1999/2000 and the course has since never looked back.

It is a mature, parkland course that enjoys a gentle, rural setting. Golf courses that sit in surroundings such as this are to be celebrated and Castlebar is one such course.

It is a delightful course that will suit all levels of player. The opening hole par four features a sloping fairway that is bounded on either side by mature trees.
